The design is done using BIM and CAD software.
A large part of the calculations is performed using certified programs that cover the sectors of heating, thermal insulation, cooling, air conditioning, steam networks, water supply, sewerage, electricity, substations, lighting, elevators, etc.
BIM Revit software for the 3D Design of all MEP Studies enables us to export construction plans and quantity tables from the model database, but also to cooperate – coordinate with the other Design Teams so that projects are delivered complete and accurately to construction, without problems. The Bim Project Execution Plan, which is prepared before each project to be executed with BIM technology, is effectively contributed to this, it is signed by all design teams that are committed to follow it without exceptions. The use of BIM 360 platform, through the BIM Collaborate Pro license, allows the simultaneous elaboration of designs of all specialties on the same platform, thus facilitating the coordination.
Our participation in projects with offices of world-renowned Architects, such as Renzo Piano Building Workshop (RPBW), enabled us to use BIM technology exclusively for the preparation of MEP Studies and receive in our results all the privileges that emanate from this technology – logic.
