As part of our company’s commitment to Environmental Management & Protection, we delivered to ATHENS MAKERSPACE seven large bottles filled with caps of various sizes.
ATHENS MAKERSPACE participates in the program “Precious Plastic Lab” in collaboration with the Municipality of Agios Dimitrios. “Precious Plastic Lab” is a laboratory with recycling equipment and specializes in the treatment of plastic waste in order to turn them into useful products. Plastic caps are the most useful type of plastic for machinery and at the same time the least recycled.
As recycling is a pillar of Environmental Awareness, the participation of our company in this action proves our commitment to preventive improvement of environmental performance, complying with the provisions of ISO 14001:2015.
We recycle paper, empty ink cartridges, batteries, electrical appliances, caps, etc. Only in this way are we sure that we are doing the best we can for a clean and healthy environment, an environment that is an investment for the present and the future of us all!
