New Headquarters Building of TSMEDE

The new building of TSMEDE Headquarters (Engineers and Public Works Contractors Pension Fund), consists of basement, ground floor, mezzanine and seven upper levels. The total area of the building is 6.000m².

Among others, the main spaces of the new building are: open plan office spaces, spaces for cultural events, a multipurpose room, canteen at the last two floors, etc.

The building integrates state-of-the-art energy saving technologies. Energy needs of the building are partially covered by solar power panels installed on the building’s terrace. It incorporates “smart” lighting and E/M installation management systems: BMS for the control and the operation of all Electromechanical installations and INSTABUS for the lighting operation and management.

The building also disposes firefighting systems, audiovisual and translation systems for the conduction of conferences, etc.
